Formed in 2006 to promote linguistic and cultural exchanges between the members, encouraging more integration of foreigners and residents. It's Headquarters are in Quessoy, but encompasses the Penthievre and Moncontour districts.

To achieve this objective, the Association :

• Organises regular meetings, 8 or 9 per year, to promote the use of both languages and conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.

• Offers courses in English for French members who wish to return to basics.

• Participate in community life in the Moncontour and Penthievre areas, by proposing cultural activities or by partnering with other associations.
